When you send a request

The quote form asks for your name and a phone number or email. You can also add a ZIP code, dates, the equipment you need, pickup or delivery, and a note.

We use it to answer your request. A person calls or emails you back. We keep requests on our own server and in the system we use to manage customer contacts.

Text messages

We text you about your request only if you tick the box on the form. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

On your device

If you change the theme or the text size, your browser remembers that choice on your device. It is not sent to us.

ID

This website never asks for ID photos or ID numbers. At events, staff check your ID in person.
