Mobility rentals at North Carolina events
Scooters, wheelchairs and strollers at fairs, markets and festivals. We set up a rental tent, booth or kiosk on site and our crew runs it.

Where we set up
Our 2026 events
Each guide keeps the pickup spot, the hours and what to bring, so you can plan ahead for next time.
- October 2 to 11, 2026 Carolina Classic FairWinston-Salem Scooters, wheelchairs and strollers at the fair, staffed by our crew on site.
- October 2 to 3, 2026 Raleigh Wide OpenRaleigh A rental booth on Fayetteville Street at PineCone's Raleigh Wide Open festival, with scooters and wheelchairs.
- October 15 to 25, 2026 NC State FairRaleigh Staffed rental tents sit just inside the ticket booths at Gates 1, 8, 9 and 10. Gate 10 is the main tent. Gate 7 has no staff.
- October 17 to 22, 2026 High Point MarketHigh Point A rental kiosk in front of the IHFC building, where Market buses pick up and drop off. Staffed 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily.

Walk up to our tent, booth or kiosk inside the event. Guests are helped in the order they arrive, based on what is free.

Scooters
Will someone show me how to drive it?
Yes. Our staff show you the controls before you go. You can sit on a scooter first to make sure it fits.
Where do I pick up a scooter?
Pickup locations are inside or right at the gates of participating events. Each event guide lists the exact spot.
What should I bring?
Bring the ID and the payment or collateral listed for your event. At the NC State Fair, bring a driver's license or federal ID. A passport or military ID works.
How do I ride safely?
One person per scooter. No standing on the back. Keep away from stairs. Tell our staff about a hazard or a problem with the scooter. Our staff cannot lift or transfer guests.
Wheelchairs
Are multiple wheelchair sizes available?
Multiple sizes are offered at participating events, based on availability.
Are leg lifts available?
Leg lifts and foot rests may be available. Ask on-site staff about current equipment.
How do I find the rental location?
Each event guide lists the current pickup location and contact number.
Strollers and child transport
What child transport options are available?
Single and double strollers are offered at participating events, with CuddleCars at selected events.
How fast do you reply to a request?
