The location to pick up and/or drop off all Mobility Concepts equipment is just inside the ticket booths/gate.
**For safety reasons no Mobility Concepts equipment is to be taken outside Fair Gates, unless accompanied by our Staff members.
Online scooter reservations are advance reservations to be made 24 hrs in advance of the required date. The online reservations will only be processed from July 10th to the 17th. After the 17th call Mobility Concepts directly at 919-612-5132 for both reservations and cancellations
You will receive a phone call confirmation and a $20 deposit will be required to reserve the scooter. This deposit amount will be applied to the actual reservation at the time of your event rental.
If you do not receive a phone call response, you do not have a reservation. There will be a $5 fee retained from the $20 deposit made via cancellations.
All customers are assisted on a first-come first-served basis at arrival and will need to do the rental form and provide collateral of liscence/car keys/or cash. This collateral is returned at the time of the equipment return.
Motorized scooter services are based on your reservation request, your needs, equipment availability, as well as, the scooters' capabilities.
Should there be issues processing a charge card @ the time of the rental please be prepared to pay cash - no equipment is rented out until paid for.
Customer must show valid ID with current address
Customer must provide collateral such as a valid liscense/car keys/or a cash security deposit to be held from time of equipment rental until equipment is returned
