The tent to pick up and/or drop off all Mobility Concepts equipment is just inside the Main Gate.

** For safety reasons, no Mobility Concepts equipment is to be taken outside Fair Gates unless accompanied by our Staff members. **

Reservations

There are no longer reservations, either advance or otherwise, through this website. Customers are assisted on a first-come, first-served basis at arrival.

Motorized scooter services are based on your needs, equipment availability, as well as, the scooters' capabilities.

Rental Info

Customer must show valid ID with current address.

Customer must provide collateral such as a valid license, car keys, or a cash security deposit to be held from time of equipment rental until equipment is returned. This is in addition to the rental fee.

All payment is made when you arrive to pick up equipment.

Should there be issues processing a charge card at the time of the rental, please be prepared to pay cash. No equipment is rented out until paid for.

EQUIPMENT PRICES & INFO

Electric Scooters

$60 cash or charge card
All scooters have small front baskets suitable for only lightweight items. Large or heavy items need to be placed at your feet.
Keep carry-ons or expensive items secured to yourself.
Maximum passenger weight is 400 lbs.
Safety is important -- no non-renter or additional persons allowed on scooters EVER.

Push Wheelchairs

$20 cash or charge card
Available in multiple sizes. Leg lifts are available if needed.
All equipment has foot rests.
Owner & staff reserve the right to determine a push wheelchair does not meet the customer's needs.

Childrens Transport

$20 cash or charge card
Strollers are available as single or double capacity.
If you have 1 child & heavy or large carry items, please request a double stroller.
