The tent to pick up and/or drop off all Mobility Concepts equipment is just inside the Main Gate.
** For safety reasons, no Mobility Concepts equipment is to be taken outside Fair Gates unless accompanied by our Staff members. **
There are no longer reservations, either advance or otherwise, through this website. Customers are assisted on a first-come, first-served basis at arrival.
Motorized scooter services are based on your needs, equipment availability, as well as, the scooters' capabilities.
Customer must show valid ID with current address.
Customer must provide collateral such as a valid license, car keys, or a cash security deposit to be held from time of equipment rental until equipment is returned. This is in addition to the rental fee.
All payment is made when you arrive to pick up equipment.
Should there be issues processing a charge card at the time of the rental, please be prepared to pay cash. No equipment is rented out until paid for.
