All equipment reservation requests, changes, or cancellations must be made by calling Larry at 336-287-7715.

Walk-up guests will be assisted on a first-come, first-serve basis pending equipment availability.

All rental pickups and drop-offs are at the Mobility Concepts kiosk located in front of the IHFC building (where the buses drop off and pick up).

Mobility Concepts staff will be available from the start of the equipment rental until the end of the Market, from 7am to 7pm daily.

$60 cash or charge card
Payment is made by cash or charge card when you arrive to pick up the equipment.
All scooters have small front baskets suitable for only lightweight items. Large or heavy items need to be placed at your feet.
Keep carry-ons or expensive items secured to yourself.
Maximum passenger weight is 400 lbs.
Safety is important -- no non-renter or additional persons allowed on scooters EVER.
Services are based on your needs, equipment availability, as well as the scooters' capabilities.

Payment is made by cash or charge card when you arrive to pick up the equipment.
Available in multiple sizes. Leg lifts are available if needed.
All equipment has foot rests.
