- Online reservations: Gate 10, our main tent, by the accessible parking off Trinity Road.
- Walk-ups: any staffed tent at Gates 1, 8, 9 or 10. Gate 7 has no staff.

When
- Pickup starts when the Fair gates open: 9:00 am, or noon on opening day, Thursday, October 15. Reservations are held until 4:00 pm.
- The rental is for the whole Fair day. The pickup time is when to collect it, not a time limit.
- A reservation is held until 4:00 pm. After that it is released and the payment is kept. If you come later and a scooter is free, your payment covers the rental. A scooter is not guaranteed.
What to bring
- A driver's license or federal ID. A passport or military ID works. It does not need to show an address. We keep it until the scooter is back.
- No accepted ID? We charge a $200 card deposit instead. We review deposits the next morning and refund any deposit that is due.
Prices
- Online scooter reservation: $79 for the whole day, paid when you book.
- Walk-up scooter: $65, paid at the tent.
- Wheelchairs and strollers are walk-up only.
Returning it
- Due 30 minutes before the Fair closes that day: 10:30 pm, or 11:00 pm on Friday and Saturday (October 16, 17, 23 and 24). Weather can change closing times.
- Bring it back to the gate you rented from. If you cannot get back there, ask our staff. They may approve another gate and will arrange to get your ID back to you. That can take some time.
- There is a 10-minute grace period. After that the late fee is $10 for each started 10 minutes, up to $150. It is separate from any deposit.
- Staff note any damage when the scooter comes back. Management decides any damage charge.
Riding safely
- One person per scooter.
- No standing on the back.
- Keep away from stairs.
- Tell our staff about a hazard or a problem with the scooter.
- The scooter leaves the Fair only with a staff escort.
- Our staff cannot lift or transfer guests.
